AI Go-to-Market platform · early access

Your AI Go-to-Market team.

GTM Flow is an AI go-to-market platform. Your accounts, people, deals and conversations live in one system, so the AI understands your whole sales context — and acts on it: agents work every reply and every call, and a Copilot does what you ask once you confirm.

CRMProspectingMultichannel outreachPipelineCalendarAutomation

No spam. One email when we open, and you can leave with one click.

Built by a team that got tired of running GTM across four tools — so we built the one we wanted to use.

One prospect. One timeline. Every interaction.

The problem

Your go-to-market breaks between tools.

The CRM stores, the sequencer sends and LinkedIn lives somewhere else. Each one handles its piece, and the handoffs between them turn into exports, open tabs and automations somebody has to maintain.

Your stack today

More time reconciling data than selling

Your team moves information from one tool to another and fixes the automation when it breaks.

Run the pipeline

Send cold email

Talk on WhatsApp

  • Notes all over

Glue it together

One broken handoff is a lead nobody answered, and you find out when you review the pipeline next month.

With GTM Flow

The whole run, in a single sequence

One sequence runs all four channels from the same record. Every reply lands inside it, the AI reads it, creates the task and stops the cadence — and moving the deal is one click for you.

Cadence · Q4 accounts

Email the accounts on the list, connect on LinkedIn, and WhatsApp anyone who does not reply.

  • List: 41 matching accounts, already in the CRM
  • Email: sent from your own mailboxes, in rotation
  • LinkedIn: Lucía accepts the invite
  • WhatsApp: she replies and the sequence stops itself
  • Call: 12 min, notes written, 3 tasks created

How we know

We built it because we needed it.

It is the system we sell GTM Flow with: our sequences, our recorded calls and our WhatsApp live inside it. Everything on this site is in production and used by our team today, and the prices are the ones we plan to launch with. What does not exist yet is not here.

Timeline

One prospect. One timeline. Every interaction.

The email that went out, the invitation they accepted, the WhatsApp they answered, the call and its minutes — on the same record, in order.

  1. Email
  2. LinkedIn
  3. WhatsApp
  4. Call
  5. AI
  6. Deal
  7. Next action

Because every interaction lives in one place, GTM Flow can understand the full context — and help you decide what happens next.

Multichannel execution

Everything your GTM needs. Built in.

Email, LinkedIn, WhatsApp and calls aren't four features. They're one commercial context: every message and every reply belongs to the same prospect, the same deal, the same timeline. No tab switching. No disconnected histories.

In production today
  • Email

Sequences from your own mailboxes, with rotation and per-mailbox caps, address checks at enrolment, bounce and unsubscribe handling, A/B variants with a report per variant, and every reply read by the AI.

  • LinkedIn

Invitation and message steps inside the same sequence, with per-profile limits — because what LinkedIn restricts is a person's profile, not your company. You can also run them by hand, as tasks.

  • WhatsApp

Every WhatsApp conversation on the company and person record — and WhatsApp as a sequence step, with its own daily limit.

  • Calls

Calls from the browser, inbound and outbound, over Telnyx: recorded, transcribed and with the notes written for you — commitments, next steps and up to three tasks created.

AI that acts

One system. One context. AI that acts.

Accounts, people, deals and every conversation live in the same place, so the AI works with the whole picture instead of a copy. Agents run in the background on every reply and every call. Copilot does what you ask — and nothing is written until you confirm it.

  • Agents on every reply: task created, account flagged, cadence stopped
  • Every call ends with notes, commitments and up to three tasks
  • Draft replies and follow-ups waiting in your mailboxes
  • Copilot with 55 tools: it searches, builds campaigns, moves stages and sends — after your click

Agent · Every reply that comes in

Built in

When

A reply lands in any connected mailbox (checked every 10 minutes)

What it does

Read it with the account's history. If they are interested, create the task and mark the account as hot. If they ask you to stop, process the unsubscribe and the do-not-contact. Either way, stop the cadence and leave a draft reply in the mailbox.

  1. Read the reply

    With the account's whole timeline

  2. Create the task

    In the Today queue

  3. Update the account

    Hot, unsubscribed or do-not-contact

  4. Leave a draft

In your mailbox; sending it is your call

A fixed process that runs on every reply: you don't build it or configure it. Copilot is the one you talk to — and it changes nothing until you confirm.

How it works

From first touch to closed deal — without leaving your GTM system

  1. 01

    Build your GTM

Create companies, contacts, lists and pipeline — or import what you already have.

  2. 02

    Execute

Run email, LinkedIn, WhatsApp and calls from the same system.

  3. 03

    Understand

AI captures replies, conversations, calls and deal context.

  4. 04

    Act

Agents act on replies and calls; Copilot moves the deal forward when you confirm.

Migration

Switch without starting over.

Import a CSV from any spreadsheet, or a HubSpot or Pipedrive export — GTM Flow recognises both. Coming from Pipedrive, you can also keep it in sync over its API while you switch.

Starting from a spreadsheet? You're already set.

Import your existing prospects, pipeline and sales data and start building your GTM from one system.

Coming from another CRM? Bring your data with you.

Import your existing data into GTM Flow and start working from the same information instead of rebuilding everything manually.

Replace the stack, not your history.

Who it's for

For founders who sell and small sales teams.

  • Founders who sell

Build your GTM without building a sales stack.

You sell from a spreadsheet, Gmail, LinkedIn, WhatsApp and your own head. Manage your pipeline, execute outreach and keep every interaction in one place — from day one.

  • Small sales teams

One to ten reps, each with their own tools.

Keep your pipeline, outreach, activity and team execution in one system instead of stitching together multiple tools.

  • Your first sales hire

Hand over sales without losing context.

When you hire your first rep, every conversation, sequence and note is already in the CRM. They start from the history, not from zero.

Planned pricing

Every plan we'll launch with carries the whole product.

  • All four channels and Copilot, on every plan
  • No credits: sends won't be metered

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

What is GTM Flow?

GTM Flow is an AI go-to-market platform for B2B startups. It keeps your commercial context in one system — companies, people, deals, pipeline and every conversation across email, LinkedIn, WhatsApp and calls — and puts AI to work on it: agents act on every reply and every call (they create tasks, flag hot accounts, stop cadences and leave draft replies), and a Copilot with 55 tools runs what you ask once you confirm. The CRM, multichannel prospecting, calendar and automation are built in. It is made for founders who sell and for sales teams of one to ten people.

What is the best CRM for a B2B startup?

It depends on how you sell. If you only need to track deals, HubSpot or Pipedrive will do. If you also prospect cold by email, LinkedIn or WhatsApp, you end up paying for tools like lemlist, Instantly or Waalaxy as well, and copying data between them. GTM Flow is built for that second case: CRM and prospecting in the same system, with one history per lead.

Which CRM should a small sales team use?

One the team actually uses and that doesn't force you to stitch tools together. In teams of one to ten reps, a lot of time goes into moving data between the CRM, the cold email tool, LinkedIn and WhatsApp. In GTM Flow every rep prospects from the CRM and all activity stays on the deal record, so whoever picks it up next sees the full history.

Does GTM Flow replace HubSpot or Pipedrive?

It can. It includes a full CRM — companies, people, deals, pipeline, tasks and lists — with prospecting and AI on top. You can leave HubSpot or Pipedrive and import your data, but the difference isn't the CRM: it's that you also run prospecting from the same system and know what to do next.

Can I import my data from Excel, HubSpot or Pipedrive?

Yes, through CSV. Save the spreadsheet as CSV — from Excel, Google Sheets or anything else — and map the columns; HubSpot and Pipedrive exports are recognised as they come. From Pipedrive you can also sync over its API. We help early-access teams bring their data in, so nobody rebuilds by hand.

How does GTM Flow keep my cold emails out of spam?

By sending from your own mailboxes, within limits. You connect Gmail or Google Workspace (OAuth or an app password) or any IMAP/SMTP mailbox, and GTM Flow rotates between them with global and per-mailbox caps: the sender never changes mid-cadence, and a mailbox that bounces is paused on its own. Addresses are checked when they are enrolled (syntax, MX records and disposable domains), and bounces and unsubscribes are handled for you. Nothing goes out from shared domains, which is one of the usual reasons cold email ends up in spam.

Is there a LinkedIn invitation limit?

Yes. LinkedIn limits the invitations each account can send, Premium included, doesn't publish a fixed number and, once the limit is reached, the restriction typically lasts a week. That's why GTM Flow applies per-profile limits — daily caps, a three-week ramp, minutes between actions and a cap on pending invitations — and lets you run LinkedIn steps by hand, as tasks.

How does WhatsApp work inside the CRM?

WhatsApp conversations live on the company and person record, and you can use WhatsApp as a sequence step with its own daily limit. Early access connects the numbers you already use.

What is an AI CRM, and what does GTM Flow's AI do?

An AI CRM doesn't just store sales activity: it acts on it. In GTM Flow, agents read every reply (every ten minutes) and act — they create the task, mark the account as hot, process unsubscribes and do-not-contact requests, and stop the cadence. Every call ends with notes, commitments and up to three tasks, and the account status goes up. Draft replies and follow-ups wait in your mailboxes; sending them is your call. And a Copilot with 55 tools searches, builds campaigns, moves stages and sends email, WhatsApp or LinkedIn messages — every change confirmed by you with one click.

What is founder-led sales?

Founder-led sales is the stage where the founder does the selling: from the first customers until the first sales hire. It's when losing nothing matters most, because the same person prospects, runs the demos and builds the product. GTM Flow is built for that stage and the next one: your first rep inherits the full history in the CRM.

What does GTM Flow cost?

GTM Flow is in early access and nobody is charged today. The pricing we plan to launch with, per seat a month and billed annually: Solo at €39, Team at €69 and Scale at €149. Every plan carries the whole product — the full CRM, campaigns, email, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, calls and Copilot — and moving up adds Copilot capacity, working as a team and guided onboarding. No credits: sends won't be metered.

When can I use it?

GTM Flow is in early access. We open it in waitlist order; nobody is charged today. Our own sales team uses it every day, and the first teams from the waitlist come in during Q4 2026.
